Contractual Agreement for Simple Divorce

I agree to retain the Law Offices of Perez-Ceballos to handle my simple divorce case.

I understand his minimum retainer for this matter is $2,500.00 of which he bills at the rate of $400.00 per hour.

I understand that the minimum retainer is earned upon received and is non-refundable for any reason.

No promises or guarantees have been made to me regarding the outcome of this matter.

I further undertsand that sometimes cases go over the minimum retainer depending on the amount of hours and time spent on my particular case and I agree to pay said sums when they become due.

I understand that I am billed for all work and time expended on my case which include texts, phone calls, emails, attending court, drafting documents, revieweing documents, attending mediation, prep time, etc.

I undertsand there may also be costs involved in my case that are not included herein and shall be paid seperately, if any.

Client has read this agreement and agrees to each of the terms and conditions stated in it.
